Responsive is the worst insurance very poor communication and customer service skills they are forcing me to add my adult children that no longer lives in my home I sent proof of the own lease responsive threading to cancel my insurance - I contact them for a manager they say no manager available I sent all my proof in through my agent its a back and forth between them they discriminate against African American after paying my deposit and paying my insurance on time they are threatening to cancel this is totally unfair after doing everything they asked me to do they are a scam .The Responsive Auto Insurance Company Response

Thank you for your review. We have reviewed our quoting and policy databases. Using the name that you provided, we are unable to find either a quote or a sold policy using the name "****** Homes," including variations of the first or last name. Please send us the appropriate name, and we will be happy to review your complaint and provide a reasonable resolution. Absent receiving the appropriate spelling of your name, we are not able to verify that you are someone who has a policy with our Company.
Independent of the name provided, our Company does not collect the race of any of our customers. We do not request or intake that information or track that information in any way. Allegations of discrimination are serious things, and we reject your allegation.
Also, when we sell a policy, we try to keep costs low for all our customers so that the insurance is affordable. We ask every customer for proof that all persons to whom you are related who also live in your household (or have recently lived in your household) either demonstrate that they have their own insurance or we require that you choose to either list the person on your policy or you exclude them from driving the vehicle. These are standard practices that apply to all customers.
Lastly, we have a manager available everyday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. weekdays. Please contact us via phone, and we will have someone able to help you.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Horrible communication! I felt like a full blown ***** having to call and leave messages for the claims adjuster just to know the status of my claim. It took 2 weeks and an escalation to be informed that they were still investigating coverage of THEIR client. They had old information, had me send forms (title and ownership info of my car) to a generic email and then 12 days later call my number and ask for the PREVIOUS owner and claim that the info online is old from the **************** I sent you the title! You have my phone number, my email and you still ask for previous owner by name? Hes a completely different gender! Over a month later I basically get the finger and told to figure it out because the automobile is still at the tow yard as a total loss accruing fees after I RELEASED the car to them, as their adjuster asked me to do, 1 day after the accident. They are ridiculous. They are cheap for a reason.Review from Valeria A.

La peor compañia de seguros en la lluvia del 20 de enero del presente año no vi una calle llena agua porque estaba muy oscura no habian luces alla y es llena de tierra resulta que el carro al entrar a esa calle se le subio el agua hasta mis rodillas se me apago y me baje de el carro a empujarlo de para atras con la ayuda de mi pareja lo sacamos del agua y lo intentamos prender a la final mi mama llego ayudarme y me dio cables de inicio y prendio al dia siguiente funciono bien pero a las 8 o 9 de la noches mas o menos se apago por midtown lo intente prender y logre traerlo a la casa pero cuando llego a la casa se apago y mas nunca volvio a prender lo reporte al seguro dias despues esperando haber si el carro se secaba y volvi a su normalidad al ver que no funcionaba y que el arranque era desforzado tome la decision de llamar al seguro para hacer el claim la mujer que me contesto me pregunto que dia habia sucedido el hecho y le dije que no me acordaba ella me dijo que para poder abrir un claim que le diera una previa mas o menos de cuando fue entonces dije una fecha que no era 27 de enero, pues la mujer del seguro me habia dicho que era una PREVIA DE CUANDO SUCEDIO MAS O MENOS, y le dije que porfavor me ayudaran ARREGLAR el carro ya que yo no tenia como hacerlo arreglar, despues de todo esto viene un investigador llamado ERIC TOLEDO y me dice que hay que investigar porque aparentemente todo es un fraude que no es cierto que el carro se alla inundado que no es posible que el carro le hubiera entrado agua en la gasolina, que eso era que yo habia rentado el carro, despues me dijo que eso era posiblemente un enemigo mio que le hecho agua al tanque de la gasolina y a el aceite cuando todo lo del aceite va en el motor y es imposible abrir la tapa del motor sin llaves de carro para abrirlo y poder jalar la palanca que abre el capo del carro y mas cuando mi casa tiene camaras y alerta sobre quien pase por mi casa ya que tiene detector de movimiento son unos ladrones este segu
