            I submitted a test kit for asbestos testing and received a confirmation email stating my test results would be returned to me no later than March 4 2024. The payment for the services cleared my bank on 2/24/24 -FEB24 Withdrawal Debit Card ****** ******* *********************** PRO-LAB *** *********** FL FEB23 When I did not receive my results on March 4, I called the customer service number and listened to the phone ring for about 3-4 minutes until I got a recording that they were closed and I could leave a message, I left a message with my name, customer #, phone number and issue. On March 5 and 6 still no results received. I checked by deleted and spam folders but nothing there either. I then called again and again was forced to leave a voice mail. I also sent an email to their customer service email address. No results on 3/7 so I sent another email and left another voicemail advising if I don't have contact by eod 3/8/24 I will take other steps to resolve this issue. I have disputed the charge with my bank and am filing a complaint with you. As of March 11, ******************************************** my results

            I sent in a radon test kit to Pro Lab. On December 15th, 2021 I received an e-mail from a Customer Service Representative at Pro Lab indicating that their radon system was down over the past week and a half do to an outage. They were unable to retrieve my data and could not provide me with the test results. The person indicated that they would be sending out a replacement kit with a paid voucher in the next few days. As of this date January 20th, 2022 I have not seen the replacement kit or voucher. I have sent follow up e-mails to the Customer Service Representative on 2 occassions, and attempted to reach her or their customer service by phone. I have received no contact since the original e-mail of December 15th, 2021 either by e-mail or telephone. I would like my money back for the cost of the test kit and the processing fee I was charged. It appears that they do not value their customers.
