Thanks for your recent feedback We strive to provide a one call resolution experience for each member. When a member wishes to cancel their plan, they can do so through their members area or by calling the **************** line. If they choose to call, they will be transferred to the ********************* which handles refunds and cancellations for accurate processing. For after-hours inquiries, the advice is to call back on the next business day. Live chat support does not have a ********************* so members must either contact the Retention Team by phone or cancel the plan through the members area. When contacting the provider to cancel the plan, the member should be prepared to provide their information and a reason for cancelling.
If a participating dentist refuses to accept the plan, **************** is available to assist with resolving the issue through a phone call to the dental office. This ensures that members receive the benefits they are entitled to under the plan. By offering multiple avenues for cancellation and addressing issues with participating providers promptly, the company aims to provide a seamless and customer-centric experience for its members. We offer our apologies for any inconveniences.
