              August 14 2024 .I made an agreement to purchase the Nissan Kicks S 2024 for 25, 834.75.Israel O .(salesperson) had told me the ************* and alarm was no charge when I saw my total after signing I realized the total was as 28.5557.92. I returned on 8/17/2024 to ask about the difference in price and was told that nothing was free..I also had a friend with me and heard the same agreement at the time of purchase.I was over charged by ******** .Down payment was ****** from rebate ******** is the amount I was over charged.

              Service Advisor **** ****** conducted a service without our approval, even when we asked him ******** times that we only needed an oil change, he charged us for $1100, we spoke to manager ******* ********* and he never followed up with us in regards the complain, I called multiple times to get a response and I was finally able to get in touch with him after almost a month after, but there wasnt any solution the manager was rude, racist, unprofessional and he insulted my mom (who was the one taking the car to service) saying she was disable to take her own decisions. When they knew my husband was in contact with service advisor and was clear about the request. The last day I spoke to the manager he literally told me he didnt want to help me and that he was not going to do anything in regards my complain.

              We presented recommendations that were approved, paid for by the driver, and were completed by the technician. I just spoke with the owner of the vehicle (daughter) and she was upset that these recommendations were presented and charged (with approval) when the initial appointment was for an oil change only. Based on our desire to have happy satisfied clients and our appreciation of this client's past business and patronage we are going to refund $985.10. We also apologize for any miscommunication and the perceived negative interaction.
