              My claim # for an airbnb incident on feb 29, 2024 is ***********. The claim adjuster *********************** at ************ and ****************************************** is not replying or responding to my emails or phone calls. I had contacted the supervisor ******* at ************ and still no response. I had my personal items lost at the airbnb stay and would really appreciate if someone can help me. Have the BBB helped resolve this issue. thank you.

              AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! It's been over a month now and my claims representative has NEVER called me to answer ANY of my questions. I've called her supervisor, whom I've also left numerous messages to, has not called me back either. I'm still waiting for my refund even though the portal says it should take ***** business days. Every time I call to speak to the supervisor "she's in a meeting". My address and phone number they had on file was incorrect. I don't know how they got a CA address when I live in *******. I've left numerous messages on their voicemail with my number and I received an email on April 10th stating they attempted to call me at an incorrect number they put down not even close to mine and I emailed her back right away and STILL no response from anyone, not even in an email. I called today asking for corporate number so I can file a complaint and they told me they don't have that information and the only 2 people that can answer my questions in my claims rep or her supervisor yet NO ONE has ever reached out since I filed my claim on March 21. What a hassle and a joke!! They should pay me double for all the ** they put you through, and for jerking you around!! I'm still waiting for my refund and still no one has called me back to discuss! This is what it means to be a "supervisor"?
