I received a letter addressed to a company that is not mine, but at my address. Envelope had an inked stamp that said it was mailed from 22204. Letter notes that it’s a “FIRST NOTICE” for 2025 - Annual Registration Instruction Form (Virginia LLCs) and that my annual registration must be filed by 12/31 to remain active / compliant. The letter is similar to the previous complaint’s letter, except the website address is different: my letter had www.nextstepfilings.net as the URL.

Seller's website offers product with big discounts for larger purposes. The return/refund policy says it can be returned within 30 days. I purchased product, which arrived but does not dispense. I attempted a return that the seller has refused to process, and the seller then processed another payment; they subscribed me without consent. I never received the second shipment, and the 'tracking number' link took me to a site that appeared to be Chinese without tracking information but with a sales popup and then a porn popup.

Saw an ad on Tik Tok for this product, in the video they promised that you would receive random Pokemon product (Showed a wall of both Japanese and English product) and stated that each order would come with a free single and or a slab. The seller created a long email list with a lot of people who did a recent order. In the email thread some buyers tried to reach out about a tracking number to which they never replied. Once people started to receive their items not a single person was satisfied with it. No one received what was promised. The seller in the video also shows a high value single and a graded slab, which I understand does not mean we are guaranteed to get one, however it does set up the illusion of getting something. The packs of cards I got were 7 Korean cards (which I strongly believe is fake) I reached out to the seller who said, stated the following, "The promotion on our website is stated as pack/slab/single which the "pack" fulfills this requirement." I requested a refund since I was dissatisfied with the product I received but they do not seem willing to work with me on that. Below I have attached a brief screenshot of all of the unhappy buyers. I'm not sure what I'm hoping to get from this, if I had it my way, I hope to shut down their site so they can't scam others, and give refunds to all the guests who are dissatisfied with what they received.

Through Facebook messenger I contacted the owner off her Facebook business page. I sent my money through cash app and proceeded to wait. Weeks went by where there was no contact and she finally reached out and said she was sick and that she would get to me soon. I still have not heard anything back. I have attempted to request my refund through cash app, and through her website with no luck. The lady is active every day on Facebook and continues to post messages and ignore the people that are posting on her feed asking for their money back.

There was a contract made with Mark Pentecost about repairing the siding on my garage where it was struck by a driver without insurance coverage. On 4/4/25, I gave him a check for $200.00 to purchase the needed material. For several months he communicated to me that the siding was wrong/had not come/arrived, and he was busy with other work. He cashed the check the same day I wrote it. I have telephoned him throughout the past 8 months and his voicemail was not set up, texted him multiple times with little to no response. This exploitation extends to my daughter who gave you $1,000 cash to repair a place on her roof an damage to some siding. I am reporting this to hopefully prevent this from happening to others.

Initially looking for a commercial vehicle online. This website came up so I filled out an inquiry online, was then contacted by a company representative that did not speak good English or did not know anything about the vehicle in question as well as had the color wrong. Said a sales manager would call me. After a few attempts at reaching by phone (and speaking with someone again who said a manager or mechanic would call me. Which did not happen) and emails sent I became suspicious as their website directs you to wire transfer funds. I then went on Google earth and put in the address and it looked like a warehouse surrounded by a junkyard. I then Facebook searched all their employee contacts and none came up as a match.

They pretend to be a legitimate company. They send out a technician, who advises they have to replace several parts of your garage door hardware as per the Ontario Safety Code. They charge three times the fare market value for parts and labour. They refuse to leave your residence unless paid by cash/etransfer. The owner uses several email/phone numbers and names. There are numerous complaints on the BBB already. The also operate under the name Premium Doors Inc.

Later had a unauthorized gofundme charged and refunded...then had a text and an email at the exact same time for Western union...all in french at 1 am. I received a letter from someone claiming to be an attorney and telling me a family member left 11 million dollars upon death. They wanted me to contact them to collect the money. They also said they would share 90% of it.

I received 6 or more calls a day from this "loan" company. I did not request or sign up for a loan.

The hospital I work for has been targeted by this company, and they have been requesting signatures from providers for orthotic devices for patients. These orders have not been discussed with providers. A representative with "the company" did call with the patient on the line, and the patient stated the company cold-called her and told her she needed these devices, but the patient agreed she believed it was a scam.

Person at Braxons Group offered investment in Crypto Etherium. He allegedly made good profit but kept pushing me to invest more money. I had come to the end of my savings and said I’d like to close the account. He said that was no problem and sent the Etherium to Wallet.Trustedwallet.io . I tried to send the asset to an exchange wallet so I could sell it for cash. This wallet said that because the funds going to the trading company had not come through this wallet I had to go through Anti Money Laundering Authority investigation. They said that would take years to complete OR I could send them 45% of the value of the asset as a verification that the Etherium was actually mine. I didn’t have that amount so I told them to send it to AMLA. After about a month they contacted me again. Chris (apparently in the UK) and Daniel (maybe in Switzerland) said they had come up with a less expensive plan to access my Cryptos. I was to send $6000. for something call “know your customer” for some kind of verification. Then when I tried to send the Etherium to my exchange wallet again, it was blocked again because I had to pay capital gains tax. I asked what country this tax was for and was told Switzerland. I ordered shoe boots on a website that I found on Facebook for $74.95 The company's website shows it is from Vancouver BC which they are probably not, I can tell because of the packaging it came in. In there description it says they are Orthopedic boots. I received the boots yesterday and I am disgusted of what I received. They are nothing like the picture on there website or there description of them. They are plastic boots with no support at all! They look like clown boots! I did reach out to there support via email. I mentioned that I want a refund asap and a return label to send back. I haven't received anything back from them.

The scammer sent an invoice in the mail for a listing of around $00 for a year. I called them and they said that this was authorized a year ago. They said that the reason this listing was sent a year later because there was a trial period which they have no documentation of and they also have no documentation or contract for these services. When i asked them to remove the listing they sent a reduced amount instead. When i asked for the recording that they said the initial call was done i did not hear anyone saying that they are an authorized purchaser. On the recording they verified the company address and last name of the person on the phone.

They answered my emails for a little bit and assured me the refund had been submitted but I never received the refund or the item and now they won’t answer any emails. No phone number to call.

I ordered this website after a close friend told me it was legit. I ordered some natural supplements. 4 boxes, so 1 months worth. With the discount, tax & shipping it came to $46.84. I pressed Confirm. When I received my order confirmation through email the total was $86.95. I checked my bank and had $56.85 & $51.84 withdrawn. Total of $108.69. The amounts do not add up. I did not order anything extra. I called the # listed on the website. It was a Michigan US number. I was not able to contact anyone. I emailed with the address listed. The replys seemed auto generated and like a scam. Instead of replying with "Dear my name" it said "Hello customer". I requested the amounts to be corrected asap. I was told the extra amount was shipping and processing fees. I checked my order status and was charged for 6 additional boxes I did not order. Still the amounts don't add up. I sent several emails asking to correct the amounts and one to just cancel the order. Every email was from a different person. They said they would issue a refund but it all seems like such a scam. I filed a dispute my bank incase. Ideally, I want my money return asap. I attached a screenshot with my order #. I other screenshots I can share including my bank transactions.

I received a text today , November 26, 2025, from a Pakhi Debnath stating this was a GEEK E RECEIPT that was successfully validated and processed for m y recurring purchase. Geek Pro for PC in amount of $399.98..Plan successfully extended by 2 more years. Then a phone number of 803 274 6796 Geek@2025. Did not respond as I knew it was a scam so am reporting it now for you to view.

I got a letter in mail asking to speak with me regarding an important matter regarding my (specific car model) and asked that I call the 888 number. Letter also states this is the ‘FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOFITY YOU’.

A voicemail was left by a "Valerie Jimenez" telling me that I was placed on a schedule to be served court documents. Would be served at either work or home. That a signature and two forms of ID would be required. If I wanted to stop this action, to call 430-236-1327.

An automated call wanting to make a "loan". I receive 4 calls a day from a different 800 number and block each number.

On 11/26/25 at 12:39 p.m., a person called and asked if this is "*****" I said "yes" because I recently just came out of anesthesia and was not in the right frame of mind. I thought it was the doctor's office checking on me when I picked up. I believe this to be a "yes" scam because once I said "yes" they hung up. I called back the number and I asked who this was and the person hung up on me. I called back and then asked "What company is this?", the person replied Quick Cash (not sure if I heard the company name correctly because he had a thick accent), and then he asked if I had received a call from them, I responded by saying "I received a call", and then the person hung up on me. I think they are still attempting to call me with similar variations of the number I gave.

Keep getting calls saying I have a social security check. Sounds automated. Ph # keeps changing each time I get this call. I just hang up or block ph#. One message I got said to contact www.myreliefcheck.com
