He told me they were opening up a second round of investment opportunities just for initial investors but that I could get in under his name. I had just received back pay from disability and was scared about finances so the opportunity sounded like something I couldn’t pass up. I had also suffered a brain injury in 2020… this happened in 2023. He always had an excuse as to why the paperwork hadn’t arrived, his lawyer was working on it, it was on its way, etc… I finally asked for my money back and he dragged that out for months. He finally told me he’d meet me at my bank with my money but to no surprise, he was a no show.

These scammers attempted to run bait and switch play for not only my personal identifying information (Driver's License, Home Address, passport style photo "for verification"), but they demanded additional payments under the guise of "recent changes in state regulations, requiring legal consumers to register", when asked for clarification on this, they promptly ignored the request for documentation citing this claim... They "required" customers to register with statemmcverification.com (suspicious site), and an additional payment of almost $300.00 which would be "refunded in cash upon delivery". Immediate red flag. These people need to be held accountable for scamming so many people and phishing to take advantage of newly established legislation in states offering recreational/medical cannabis, preying on any uncertainty. A class action lawsuit is in order for these scumbags, clearly they will keep continuing to operate these predatory cons until something is done to stop them. Just because cannabis is still fighting for legal acceptance state by state, doesn't give these people the right to take advantage of folks as their local communities work hard to legalize and offer access to safe and legal dispensary options. So I’m online searching for a medical dispensary and I came across this website green island dispensary that say they are located in Chicago which is not far from my house so the website and address looked legit and so did the reviews so I end up calling spoke to the boss etc. he was nice helped me placed my order and payment and sent over the drive number and order now my package was supposed to arrive in 19 mins which was cool so upon getting my order they never showed up and then decided that I needed to pay a extra 70 dollars because I didn’t have my hard copy medical card but I had a pic but then I called the boss back and he ended up blocking me I so I called the drive who was supposed to be dropping off my order we spoke but he tries to get me to send pay 70 more dollars which when I knew something wasn’t right asked for a refund and reached out multiple of times from 3 different phones and they just blocked and I even reached out told them I was going to report them and ask them to send it back which they did not and they ended up blocking me so now I have no way to reach out to get a refund like it’s too much I’m reaching out to u guys for help to resolve this and take them down delete all the online fake store fronts they have.

I chose to Zelle the payment as requested and I never received the product. I was forced to provide my driver's license with PII for age verification. I paid $120 for 3 products I never recieved. At the last minute, they couldnt verify my info and asked me to pay for a temporary medical ID which is BS. I have my state medical card, theres no reason a reputable dispensary couldnt verify my info. Stop these people before they rip off any other innocent people!

It has now been two hours and the person is not responding to my text nor was anything delivered. That prompted me to go back into Zelle to cancel the transaction. Im out of state for a conference. I live in Utah but noticed that Virginia has recreational cannabis. I have a med card for Utah and make online orders in utah all the time. An order was made through the website, and the website works a lot like other dispensary websites I work with in Utah. I tried to make a payment but for “some reason,” I couldn’t get it to work. So, I contacted the seller through the sms chat and they directed me to pay through Zelle. I wasn’t totally thrown off by that because in Utah you can’t pay debit for cannabis, you have to use dutchiepay or something like that. So it didn’t set any red flags there. But, then the seller told me I needed to sign up for delivery insurance according to state law. I looked and it was going to be a “refundable” $399 charge that I would get back as soon as the delivery was complete. This is where I stopped and told the seller that this wasn’t right. They said it was state law and I would get a refund. I told them that was absolutely not a thing. I didn’t hear back after that.

They will ask you to confirm the payment by sending him the screenshot of zelle payment (dont do this, authorized transaction, bank cant reimburse you). Then you wait forever. Suddenly they dont pick up your phone call. After about an hour, you will get a msg from delivery guy saying he can come to you now, and wants your new location , additional charge of 30 dollars. Upfront payment only, no cash. Told him will meet him up at the original place where we suppose to meet to avoid additional charges, asked him to confirm the address, he had no idea where we suppose to meet up even. After we figured out he couldnt even confirm the addy and saying the wrong address, they blocked our caller ids and ate the money. Im sure those 2 runs the scam business and getting ready hard before to get ICEd.

I am the owner of Salud Total Corp for 15 years now. On Google, I had posted my business info and pics. On Saturday, May 10, 2025, a young couple came in asking me if I was a dispensary. I told them that this was an herbal supplement store. He told me that he googled it and my store came up. he showed me his cellphone and it was true. Whoever did this, has changed the store name to Salud Total Dispensary Recreational Delivery Store. They also included the following website: greendispensary.store which has an SMS number 1-929-708-9406 They also included photos that are not from my store. I contacted the local precinct and the police officer looked up my info and saw what I was talking about. She advised me not to get in contact with these people because we don't know who they may be and what they are capable of doing. She said they couldn't do anything because it is not an offense. She did tell me to report it to Google. I flagged and reported the photos to Google. Reported the incident and still waiting for their response. I have been getting people coming to the store asking for dispensary stuff. I want the information to be corrected, the photos removed, but most importantly the website. If people do not get the items ordered, they will come here and cause problems and I have nothing to do with it.

The AppleCash option didn't even work, which should have been our first clue, but have had similar issues with REAL businesses, so it didn't send a red flag. Then when we asked where they are, after the allotted time had passed, they said something about the order being processed as a Medical Card order instead of a recreational order. Then said they couldn't cancel the order or payment. We assume they were simply waiting for the payment to process, so they kept us "on the line".

He threatened me with his attorneys if I said one bad thing about his company. He said he gave me a refund but I have still yet to receive it. This man has threatened me. Called me names and belittled me. All because I said I thought I was being scammed and I wanted a refund. I have a very sick dog and was hoping CBD may help him in someway. He is a rescue I have only had for 9 months and I would like to help him over the rainbow bridge comfortably. He accused me of being a breeder. I am not. Years ago I did breed and show dogs. This scam shows up has a dispensary on google, you click the website and can shop products as normal, they product contact information, I placed an order for same day delivery, was contacted by +1 (716) 453-4591 to continue to place the order, then was given contact information for a second number +1 (909) 506-7786 to send the payment of $50 through apple cash then I was contacted by a 3rd number +1 (562) 344-5113 stating that was order was ready for delivery and then was asked to submit a recommendation of script stating it was required, the scammer then sent a link to the website that is only accessible through that link. https://canaherb-dispo.com/delivery-requirement/ Which did not state anything about needing the recommendation of script but states that there is a $300 refundable insurance fee. Once I informed the scammer that none of this information was present on the website prior to placing the order the scammer asked how much money I could pay to which I replied asking for a refund only for my number to be blocked by all three numbers I was contacted by.

The scammer mentioned after the order was made on their webpage that payment from Apple Pay was not received, through text message. The scammer allowed me to call them to assure me it was not fraud (they had a thick middle eastern accent) as I confirm that the payment was completed. Once payment was complete they mentioned they would reach out to Apple Cash to find out why the payment didn’t complete I never heard from them again. They called and texted through +1 (804) 785-4409 and received Apple Cash payment through (725)254-4804. They have a business “dispensary” on Google titled: Finest Dispensary Medical And Recreational Delivery and a webpage listed titled: https://thegreensdispensary.com/ with an address listed: 7535 148th St W, St Paul, MN 55124 but the business was listed as located in Apple valley MN. They stole $114.95 from my account before the holidays that I will never get back. Please do not fall for this.

Business came up on Google Maps. Ordered from website. They texted from +1 (804) 601-1462 to collect payment (they said due to state laws they couldn’t accept cash/card). They gave several Venmo names @Lauren-Spoon-857 @Devin-Riedemann-857 @aasialee but had issues and preferred Apple Pay +1 (442) 449-7912 Once payment was made they no longer responded or delivered the product and we started noticing tell tale signs the website was a fraud

I did try to do business with this company on Monday, but they took so long to get payment information that I ended up going with another company. They apologized so I figured they are a decent establishment. I decided to try to do business with them this morning and they took so long to send a text message with the payment info that I ended up Complaining and by the time they were able to correspond with me properly I ask for compensation for the amount of time it took for me to get this information. They didn’t take any accountability whatsoever and was trying to rush me to pay. I decided to not do business with them because I felt like they don’t do good customer service. I expressed that and they started cussing at me and I figured they must be scammers. Any reputable dispensary would never take payment first before receiving the product and that was a red flag. I’m glad I didn’t send the money, but I don’t understand why websites are legally allowed to even push these types of scams to the public. It shouldn’t even be allowed, but I felt the need to put in my experience to try to help anyone else and I want to see if I can get this website taken down because what in the world? Buyers beware

Driving long distance, decided to stop in Ohio. I read online that Ohio allows recreational marijuana. Googled search and came across a dispensary that was not far from my hotel. I sent a text asking how late they are open. The person replied 24 hours. They offered delivery. I told them okay I'll contact when I arrive to my hotel. Got to my hotel, placed the order online on the website, I got through Google. Website looks very legit by the way. Placed the order sent the person a message to let them know the order was placed. He then asked for payment through Apple Cash. I sent the payment. He then asked for additional $100 for "insurance for delivery to be refunded upon delivery " I fussed him out about it telling him I believe he is scamming me. He said I should trust him it's not like that. I sent the $100 for his "insurance" he said he was on the way to arrive in 15 minutes. Then he sent another text, asking for another $100 and that's when I knew for a fact he was scamming. When I called to find out what the issue is and why he stole from me, he began to say he's a "dangerous person" and he "has a AK47" and he "wants to and will have sex with Me" ... my husband intervened and took the phone from me. He tried to reason with the guy and said if you can't deliver then refund me my money. The person continued with the empty threats. Beware of this so called company. If you're like me where you work hard for yours, and you enjoy a little recreational fun, only trust the dispensaries in your hometown. Not in another state especially not in Columbus Ohio

I was roaming through the internet for marijuana dispensary near me and assuming that it is a legit business and I ended up buying the product and after making the purchase they told me that I have to pay a 100 dollar fee to cover the package for delivery, I did send any more money after they said that so I ended up getting scammed for 160 dollars on a product I never received
