The bags were nothing like the description which said they were individually handmade by a lady named Martha who lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Quilted and hand appliqued, with a tag inside with her name, and there was more description none of which was true. When I tracked the package I could see it was coming from China and the address to return the bags (at my expense) was Hong Kong.

Than i play again but all of a sudden my efforts to make money would look promising but not really and than in a blinck of an eye, my balance would be low and minutes later ill be out of money . When I did they stated there has been a lot of theft of their merchandise. I pointed out the weight of the package they sent did not correspond with the amount of product I bought. I even tried to do a return. They sent a prepaid packing label but the items were marked as “0.00” because they were part of the promo. That doesn’t work when I never received half of the items in the bundle. Those items on my receipt previously had a price next to them. Via email they even acknowledged no other package was sent for this specific order but did not offer to make it right.

When I contacted customer service, they told me the package had been delivered, but they could not provide any proof of delivery, such as a delivery photo or other documentation showing it was actually delivered to my address. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they simply told me to contact the shipping carrier and offered no assistance. As the retailer, I expected them to help investigate the missing package or work toward a resolution. Instead, I was left to deal with the problem on my own after paying for products I never received. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. I have been receiving a phone call from the phone number I provided. As much as I have this number blocked on my cell phone, the more it pops up. Being very persistent. Today, I actually answered the phone and spoke to a man named Jason. States that there is an open case on me regarding MBNA credit card from a gas station. The year was 2005-2010. I stated to this man that I do watch my credit report. Doesn't exist. Jason stated to me that it won't show up on the credit report yet because it has not gone to the courts yet. States to me that I owe $4,631.34 but can be settled out of court for $2014.67. I asked again the name of the attorney's office they were calling from. Keller & Redmond Asset Recovery LLC. I asked for Jason's phone number. he rattled it off really quick to me. I asked for the attorney's phone number. He stated it was on the website. I said ok. I asked will I expect to see something in the mail from the attorney's office or the courts. He said the courts. I said ok then. I will call my local courts and see if this is truly legit. He said it won't be there yet because they haven't filed it yet. It will take 2-4 weeks. I said I will call my local courts in 2 weeks. I tried to look this company up on BBB. They don't exist. I googled the phone number from the website 803-962-9611 and another attorney website came up. I then googled if this company is legitimate. Taken from google: fake or highly suspicious entity, as there is no verifiable corporate registration, official licensing, or public business footprint under that exact name. Scammers frequently invent official-sounding law or asset recovery firm names to trick people into paying phantom debts or fees.

When I asked how i was contacted, it was via phone that is "shared" with another company from whom i bought a trial of bladder supplements (I cancelled that trial). Will not refund. Will not give an address, just a P O box number, phone numbers are call centers

Threatening to take me too court unless i paid 999 to an account which i didnt have they would take pay pal. I dont know anything about that and they keep talking and i said bye and hung up
