I cannot exactly remember where this invoice came from, however, I work for an assisted living facility. I am in charge of all of the invoices, billing etc. We received an invoice from a Pushman LLC. I had never seen an invoice from them before, so I searched them up in our system as a Vendor. They turn out to be some kind of fake business who has been reported in the past. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THESE INVOICES. Not everyone is lucky to have systems as elaborate as ours. Especially smaller businesses.

When I requested a refund they told me I had to pay international shipping which would be over $40 and instead offered me to keep the items and they would give me 25% back. I declined and after waiting several days they counter offered to give me 50% back. I again declined and they offered me 80%. At this time the back and forth communication had gone on over 3 weeks and I finally agreed to 80% to be done with it and then they never responded to my email. I sent 6 separate emails inquiring about my refund and I never received a response nor my money.

Since then, I did receive the shoes but they have continued to charge my card monthly for a total of $34.99 for each transaction. After reaching out to my credit card company, they said this is a non-scam website and that they sign you up for a subscription with extremely fine print that you were unaware of. You continue to pay for that subscription, but actually never receive any more shoes. They just take your money. I just reached out to them now and attempt to get my money back, but it looks like the only way to do that is through filing complaints and disputes. They are fraud.

I was contacted saying it was a part time 1099 job offer. Taking 10 to 15 hours a week. To be a data analyst for market share product customer's. To essentially give daily reviews to world market products. And get 800.00 to 1200.00 weekly pay to do this. I agreed. The trainer told me he would train me for 14 day's. That i do 2 sets of 30 daily. Meaning i get 30 reviews to do x 60 total daily. But then added 30 of his own. Saying it is part of training. So 90 total daily. First day told me to connect to WhatsApp to connect to the team for support. Then to download cashapp. Then took me to the Uptic work hub. Set up my account. And a training account. Didn't call me. Just text. So i asked to call. He called me through WhatsApp so i asked for a true phone call because i told him i don't do cashapp nor money apps because fraud too easy. So he said that how you get paid and he called me from a phone line. In California. I got on the Uptic 1st day and did the 3 sets of 30 reviews. They auto-populate. Which also concerned me. But he said they do so because really this is just driving traffic to consumers. He was vague. I asked if this was then essentially small trade. He said no. Data analyst. I got through 2 days and racked up bonus points that paid me out maybe 200.00. Which was paid to me through cash app. Then 3rd day a combined commodity prize appeared. Saying my work fund was insufficient 200.00 and if i upload 200.00 i make 200.00 back same day plus 6%. I didn't like this. I told the trainer no. And then he said he previously explained to me that this uses our own funds to generate xtra funds and to keep 75.00 in the account daily just incase. Which he had not. So I said no. Then he said i promise you in 10 months here i make money daily on these and i am aways paid back daily and paid the bonus. So i tried it. It worked. But i had to convert the dollars to bitcoin. Then use a site crypto to transfer it convert it and then re up my work fund. I didn't like it. But since it paid it back almost immediately i did it. And by 4th day it did it higher and higher. Until 2600 was out my cash and 3500 more was being asked of me. I got in to a verbal text heated conversation with this supposed trainer that tried telling me these prizes normally are not so frequent nor so high and trying to make it as if i was lucky. Ridiculous. Blasphemous. Utter lies. I blocked everything. Shut all down. COMPLETE SCAM.

The entire company of Just Bids is a complete scam! For one, they lie about the quality of the item you are bidding on by saying most "appear new" that clearly aren't. I won an item on a Sunday and had to pickup by Wednesday. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are all by appointment only, which there was no appointments available. So they steal your money and resell your item. I had zero opportunity to pickup my item because there were no appointments available. When I went to go pickup on Tuesday, I was told I needed and appointment and to call support. I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes only to get a voicemail, which i left, and wasn't returned. They will steal your money, resell your stuff and then if you try to get a refund they only offer you a "store credit" which I will never use because I will never do business with them again!

I received an email from [email protected] from someone who identified themselves as Jena, a Recruiting Coordinator for AO Globe Life. The email claimed that AO Globe Life liked my resume and provided a link to complete "part 2" of the application. I did not apply to this company, so I replied to the email asking which position I had applied for and which platform I used to apply. They responded by naming a position I am not applying anywhere for and a platform I do not have an account on and have never used. Shortly after receiving the first email, I also received a text message from Jena stating they received the resume and application I submitted, even though I didn't submit them either of those. The text claimed "part 2" of the application was incomplete and again urged me to click a link to complete it. This text was automatically moved into my phone messengers spam & blocked folder. I am unaware if this is someone impersonating AO Global Life or if these messages actually came from the company. With my limited information, it would be speculation for me try and assume one way or the other. Before today I had never heard of AO Global Life. Attached is a PDF with screenshots of the email conversation and text message. I removed my personal information, as well as the URL path from links, in case they lead to a page containing any of my personal info.

The Brenner Bakery website advertised premium priced products (hand-made beeswax -lined bread bags, sourdough bread kits), claimed to be sewn by hand in the USA, in the Hudson Valley, and were being offered as a part of to the retirement of the business owner. The goods I received were not as described on the website (the bread making kit was missing 2 items; the four beeswax heavy canvas bags I ordered were instead plastic-lined thin cotton bags), that were shipped tightly -wrapped in plastic without standard packaging materials from California, not New York state. The tracking information included “parcel leaving port” on July 23, 2026 and a “customs clearance” date of July 24, 2026 prior to delivery on July 26th, 2026. Others have reported a similar negative experience when receiving their products from this company.

I was under the impression that it was a three dimensional piece as indicated on attached photos. What I got was a flat one dimensional piece of styrofoam with a vinyl image of what I ordered of same applied to both sides. I paid $43.46 for this item on my Chase Visa card. I notified them of this misrepresentation and asked for either a refund or the three dimensional piece that they advertised. They have refused and accused me of knowing full well that it was flat plaque when I ordered it. Got DM'd by "James Marshall" from "palm therapeutics" (although his message only talks about Thylacine Biotherapeutics). It says, after reviewing your profile and resume, we want to invite you to an interview with our Director, Bethanie Gearin. I never applied to them, sent my resume outside of official job applications, or had even heard of these companies before. It includes a Microsoft Teams link with the generic message "Join the interview on Microsoft Teams:", contradicts itself by saying to use that link if you have any questions, and says do not reply to this "email" even though it's not an email. From doing some research online it seems like the Teams link would lead to an interview done over text message, but I didn't dare to use the link. It then has a bunch of details about the job that are all too good to be true, like fully remote and flexible hours, want someone to start ASAP, the pay rate is $37.91/hr and work 40-60 hours a week. He claims to be Head of Operations at Thylacine. The job role they were advertising was "Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk".

A Postal Letter from a Charles Harrison Family Law claiming: "I decided to contact you after a series of attempts to locate members of a deceased family... "The transaction pertains to an unclaimed 'Life Insurance Policy (LIP)' savings monetary deposit in the sum of Eleven Million Five Hundred And Fifty Thousand Three Hundred United States Dollars (US$11,550,300.00). The policy holder of our clients, Late (Insert Surename) was a Real Estate Investor and precious stone dealer. He was a Covid-19 victim, who died about 3 years ago. Since his death no one has come forward for the claim and all our efforts to locate his relatives have proved unsuccessful. The insurance company code stipulates that 'insured permanent policies' not claimed must be turned over to abandon property division of the state after 3 years. "Therefore, i (the 'i' was lowercase) ask for your consent to be in a partnership with me for the claim of this policy benefit, in view of the fact that you share the same last name with the deceased.
