I thought I called Southwest to get a ticket for my bird to travel with me. I questioned him if birds can fly on Southwest. He said no problem. After the transaction, I called him right back because my husband showed me that Southwest doesn't allow birds to fly. I called Southwest customer service and they confirmed that they do not allow birds to fly. I called him (Kevin) back and cancelled and he said I would have a refund in 1-2 business days. I never did receive it so we disputed the charge. Today he has called me 4 times threatening to black ball us so we can't fly and cancel our flights and has charged our credit card more money saying it's going to cost more money now for disputing the charge.

I was applying for remote jobs. I got an email back from one with instructions to download Microsoft teams. Then contact them through their email in the app. They asked for my name, email, phone number and position appling for. They then sent me to another web sight to fill out an application. After setting up an appointment to conduct a second interview on the teams app i got a message saying I got the job. After sending me a offer letter they wanted to send me money for equipment, but only through a emailed check that could only be direct deposit only. Then wanted me to confirm when it was done with a screen shot. I got the chech for $250 less then my limit. They also kept telling me that I had to be home to sign for the equipment. Why send me money for the equipment if you are also going to send the equipment. They don't actually answer a direct question they keep sending what looks like form letter looking responses. And anytime they send a message asking how i am doing it comes through at 3 am.

Puppy scam. Polished website including functional links, background, testimonials, very likely constructed using AI advertises to those looking for pitbull puppies. All puppies are ~ $550 and all links for the puppies shown take you to a contact landing page. They then contact you via email & text and demand half money up front to cover shipping costs, delisting the dog on their website (which they don't do), paperwork, etc. They then demand the remainder of the money before the dog gets on the plane and they've had you sign an "agreement" taking custody of the dog at this point (presumably to threaten to report you for some negligence if you don't agree pay for whatever they ask for next - which was not part of any initial agreement) then they demand $3000 for a temperature controlled crate or the dog cannot fly, etc. The person who had been in contact via text at the number provided then stops responding entirely.

From what I found online, everything states to not call the number back, answer any calls from this number, or send money as this is a scam and they are very aggressive. The message left on my phone is "This is a very important call regarding your account within our office. This call is from Sullivan and Associates. Please call the number back on your caller ID to be connected to a live representative who is handling your account. Again, this is a very important and time sensitive call from Sullivan and Associates". The call was made on July 27, 2026 at 12:19 pm from "Bellevue, WA" and the message left was an automated message with woman's voice. I do not currently nor have I ever had any sort of business with this company. I've never heard of them until today.

I work in underwriting, sending this 1st thing so it doesn't get buried under everything else today. Trans Union and Equifax finished their mid-July update, and your file came back with a preapproval for a $41,275 hardship personal loan. No hard credit check, same day funding available. Payments around $456 a month. What most people do with this preapproval is consolidate everything. Visa, store cards, any balance carrying a high rate. One payment, lower rate, cards back to 0. I ordered a pair of shoes online from the website. It stated Easy Return. The shoes took 3 weeks to come, first red flag, then when delivered, they are cheap, plastic shoes that did not fit. When I requested a return and refund, they offered to send another size, which was not the problem. There was no way another size would fit any better. Then I was told after several emails that all returns are processed overseas which would cost between $40-$50 (I paid close to $70). If I didn’t want to return, I could choose another pair of shoes and keep the current shoes or they could give me a 15% cash back refund! That’s what they call Easy Return!!

Today is the 27th of July and I still don't have it. I tried to cancel the order a couple times and they said it was too late. Today I got an email from them that said my order headband delayed. This isn't even a legitimate company , and I am never gonna get that top. At this point I do not want it all.I want is my money back as I am on a limited income and I am seventy six years old. I already have a home warranty so I checked on the Internet to see who owned number 805-381-5849 and it leads to a scam from Arlington, VA. . Note that I didn’t call the number as the postal letter was very suspicious. Also there is no company name listed in the letter, nor on the envelope. The envelope does have stamp that says PRSRT STD US POSTAGE PAID, Permit No 1209, Zip Code 23231. I see that others have also reported this issue to BBB.
