I saw an ad on Instagram for Articulating Plastic flags with imbedded magnets. Original cost was $24.97. I ended up paying $38.97, 37% tax. It took two months for the items to arrive. The first tracking had the items end up in San Diago. Then it stopped. I contacted PayPal to cancel the order, and all of the sudden, they were reshipping. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the ones shown in the ad. I tried to attach one to my metal door and it just slid down. The magnets were not imbedded and could not hold the weight of the material. Contacted PayPal. If I send the items back, I will get my money back. It cost $22.40 to send the items back. That is 57% of the purchase price.

The bags were nothing like the description which said they were individually handmade by a lady named Martha who lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Quilted and hand appliqued, with a tag inside with her name, and there was more description none of which was true. When I tracked the package I could see it was coming from China and the address to return the bags (at my expense) was Hong Kong.

It shows total charges of $1534.00, a payment of $981.76 (supposedly made by me -- but I have medical insurance, and the listed hospital has this information), with a balance due of $552.24. Sound Physicians has a high risk rating (87/100) and is not a BBB business. I doubt that Kaweah Hospital is responsible. But I have no information about the NP (Daryl Magada) who is listed as providing service at that location AND is listed as employed there. In addition to a public notice of this scam sent to the American Hospital Association, I want any indication of "non-payment" removed immediately from my credit score, and a letter to me stating that it is clean.

I would really like to make sure that BBB works with local and state organizations to being these perpetrators to justice.

Than i play again but all of a sudden my efforts to make money would look promising but not really and than in a blinck of an eye, my balance would be low and minutes later ill be out of money . Its mest up how when i would lose, i wouldnt get kicked out of the lobby but if i was doing good ,i would get kicked out. I ordered the Kopflo Arctic Gel cooling pillow for $89.90 & the Kopflo Pillowcase for $14.90 for a total of $104.90. The pillow shone on the Kopflo website showed a very nice quality pillow with blue trim around it & the Kopflo tag on it & it was standard size. I attempted to contact them several times & finally got an e-mail reply. They said that the pillow was already on sale & will not refund my money, but they will give me 30% refund as a dissatisfied customer. If I still want to return this piece of crap pillow, then I send it to their warehouse in Australia. Then they stated that they only take returns if the item is still in the original packaging, unopened. This is not a reputable company, I believe their reviews are fake. Do NOT waste your hard-earned money.

This company ran a buy one get one promo. Half of the merchandise was shipped. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of them at all. When I did they stated there has been a lot of theft of their merchandise. I pointed out the weight of the package they sent did not correspond with the amount of product I bought. I even tried to do a return. They sent a prepaid packing label but the items were marked as “0.00” because they were part of the promo. That doesn’t work when I never received half of the items in the bundle. Those items on my receipt previously had a price next to them. Via email they even acknowledged no other package was sent for this specific order but did not offer to make it right.

Chris ****** contacted me and put me I touch with Alexander ***** We installed a program on my iPad that showed my investments they gave Alex the right to share my screen. He contacted me continuously. Add more add more and more. I told him I was not comfortable continuing investing even thought I watched the money ear 2% per day. Then the pressure really started /ring it up to 7,000. USD and take out enough to pay all bills. When I told them a friend died and I was helping his family and wasn’t comfortable sending any more money. I wanted out. I had no contact from them. A lady called me stubborn because I didn’t see that I was making money and I need to keep adding to it to make more. That is when I just said NO! A nice guy named Marco called and I told him I wanted out he said ok. Monday at 10 my time he would call. There has been nothing. So I email Alex yesterday and told him and again but to Chris. And now I can’t get into the website to do anything.

When I contacted customer service, they told me the package had been delivered, but they could not provide any proof of delivery, such as a delivery photo or other documentation showing it was actually delivered to my address. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they simply told me to contact the shipping carrier and offered no assistance. As the retailer, I expected them to help investigate the missing package or work toward a resolution. Instead, I was left to deal with the problem on my own after paying for products I never received. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect them to provide meaningful customer support or help ensure you receive the products you paid for.

My mom saw an ad on Facebook and maybe even Gmail in promotions about these wide shoes guaranteed to fit. She ordered two for $89 - no sales tax was charged - they took 3 weeks to arrive. They were terrible quality and not like the photos posted. Their hassle free return policy is that if they do not fit or if you don't like the quality, the customer has to pay for shipping to return them to the UNITED KINGDOM. That is NOT hassle free and cost way too much. When you return, they offer you 80% off more of their poor quality shoes! This site needs to be taken down!
