my dog died june 5 2025 i wanted to replace her with another min pin after searching around my city my search found none so i looked on the net many puppy kennels until i found sunlit min pin kennels they had a female and the price was ok 700.00 for the puppy 150,00 shipping from montana to california i signed the contract paid 850.00 retained receipts and copy of contract i was so excited the next morning received flight tracking and courier name but no other info then a email from shipperSKYLINE COURIER EXPRESS LIMITED that i needed to pay 650.00 for life insurance by law or they wouldnt transport her but the money would be refunded ounce i had the puppy i got a receipt for that stating full refund at destination so i think great but still no info about terminals etc then the shipper demanded i pay for a crate due to the altitude and temp the kennels crate wasnt safe that was 1000.00 but 95% of that would be refunded after she landed like the insurance i was angry but what could i do they had 1500.00 of my money already so i tried to get 1000.00 more but my bank detected fraud and made me wait 24 hrs after that the shipper stopped talking to me and the kennel ownerTURNER LOPEZ if thats his real name after a bunch of disrespectful messages indicated he was never giving mee the dog or refund on the contract a 30 day money back guarantee was stated no questions asked this experience was devastating and prolonged the grief of losing my dog .
