Description
I ordered a birthday present for my child. It cost $50. I checked another website to see if the website I was ordering from was a scam site and it said the probability was low. I waited beyond the 6-12 business days they said for my product to arrive and emailed customer service. I received no response. There is no phone number on their website. I have written both from my email address and on their automated system to complain. I haven't received a single response from any of the 5 messages I've sent. It's been close to a month now and I'm out $50 and a birthday present.
