This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
They claim to have a business in the USA. They only have that for media. They are located in Hong Kong and manufacture in China. They do not make quality shoes. You can only get a refund on flawed shoes if you pay postage back to China. The do not state you have to return the shoes to China. They advertise as BOGO, they do not say they are reducing the price on a shoe. You think you are getting 2 pairs of shoes for $39.97, they do not say 1 pair costs $79.95 + tax. PA does not charge tax on shoes. When contacting them via email, all they want to do is offer you another "discount" with a credit and buy more shoes, then say, do whatever you want with the shoes. My shoes I received were to small, and cheaply made.
