Description
I purchased a purse from Karen-bags.com, the main zipper broke while I was on vacation. I had to purchase a new purse from Walmart. I emailed the company and they requested more information, i.e.: name, order # etc. I told them what happened and they offered me a 20% refund. They asked for a "Paypal Account Transaction Code", I told them I do not have a Paypal account and I requested a "check refund" 2 days ago. I've yet to hear back from them. This is the 2nd purse that has had a defect on it, the first one it was a bad zipper also!!!! What a bad company this is.
