Description
Got a job offer, they sent a check image via messaging wanting me to deposit it and purchase equipment for home office from a specific vendor. I took the check image to the bank the check was drawn on to verify funds before doing anything, the routing and checking account were valid, but did not belong to them. I stopped there and didn't proceed.
