Description
Invoice for toner that was never received. Called they stated they spoke to one of our employees. When I called and requested a copy of the recorded calls they stated they would put in a request. Looked up toner scam and found them listed MULTIPLE times. Called back and told them if we receive another invoice we will have issues. Also, explained that I will be reporting this incident to BBB.
