I ordered preschool letter flashcards off Facebook from an ad. I received order confirmation on 5/7 from occasionalous, but payment went to Venet1 CO.LIM and since they send me almost daily emails about my order being in different locations (first in Spain, a month later it’s now in Iowa), but when asked to cancel and refund because I never received it they won’t and say it’s still coming. They also charged me $10 extra- order confirm with shipping was $35.59, PayPal charged $46.27. The emails are pretty flowery and ridiculous. I reported to PayPal, and they are contacting seller
