The mask that I received malfunctioned after just two weeks of using it. I reached out via email multiple times and just kept getting automated email responses. This has been ongoing for over a month. I tried reaching out to them on Facebook message. Got a response that a manager would call me back which was over three weeks ago. They are now sending me emails that an order is being shipped to my home and I am concerned they will charge my PayPal account. I have already put in a fraud claim through PayPal, but these people have not given me my money back and they claim they are located in Florida, but on the packaging, it says California. They are a scam and took my money. Sent me a malfunctioned product and then told me they would replace it but never did nor did they give me my money back.
