On 5-31-2025 I ordered from Heagu a Zakdavi glucose devise, the cost was $39.99, as advertised on Fox News Website. I paid with a credit card but when I checked my credit card a few minutes later my credit card was charged, pending $114.78. I immediately cancelled my order by sending an email to ([email protected]) and also blocked my credit card. I am lucky that I blocked my credit card because this company tried to take an additional $59.99, no telling how many times they would have try to take money out of my credit card account. Unfortunately the charges of $114.78 went through on my credit card. I received an email from them the next day 6-1-2025, that they apologize but according to them that since my order was on the way and at this stage it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. What a SCAM they are ruining. I going to report this SCAM to the FBI via (www.ic3.gov). I hope this “HEAGU” Company do the ethical and right thing by refunding my $114.78 back to my credit card. (Not sure this is the correct phone number I have that I listed for the Heagu Company).
