During check-in I discovered misspeled name of my step daughter (added "T" at the end of first name, and tried to fix it). On google, I found internet site https://www.flyingrules.com/name-change/united-airlines-name-change-policy with 18008651848 - after calling this number, a man with an Indian accent led me through procedure to fix this, "thanked" me for my attention to fix international flight ticket to Hong Kong from Chicago and after "consulting" his supervisor, charged me $*** USD. He even gave me another direct nr. 18557381940 in case I need help later. After couple of hours, I discovered that even my own name was changed (added "T" at the end of my first name). Now, I had very strong suspicion that this is scam and fraud and hacking (even my mails from April with booking were changed accordingly with added "T" to my first name. I am contacting my bank to claim refund as funds were immediately withdrawn.
