I signed up for Atlas Credit Card about 2 months ago, after I signed up i put in all my credentials and I confirmed my email and phone number. when I tried to log onto my account on the app it says my account doesn't exist and only gives me the option to sign up since I supposedly "don't have an account", but they charged me $10 on my card so how is it possible I signed up and yet I don't have an account but they also charged my bank account. I said this must be some kind of glitch so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Customer service is AWFUL, they do not have live agents and if you want help, you have to call them and leave a detailed voice message and they will get back to you in 2-3 business days, or you can email them. I called and left a voicemail message and no one got back to me, I only got an automated text saying thanks for contacting them and that they will get back to me and they never did. The second month comes by and they charge my account again $10 and when I try going back to the app it still says I don't have an account with them but I can sign up. I contacted my bank and they told me to reach out to the company via email, they got back to me 3 days later and they finally took me seriously because I threatened to take legal action against them because what kind of shady company is this. I demanded my money back and they kept offering me points, I told them I was not interested in any damn points, to just give me back my money. This is awful customer service and this whole situation is shady, I contacted my bank and they even said this is all very shady and are working to get me my money back and are going to block any future transactions from this shady "credit builder". I wouldn't even recommend this to my worst enemy.
