I ordered from Malibu Boutique. They posted a picture of two sisters in front of a boutique store in Malibu CA, where the fires had been raging. It was a going-out-of-business deal, so I ordered four articles. I had no idea I was actually dealing with China until I received the items. They were of extremely poor quality, and two items were the wrong size--too small. I emailed with them about it and they offered to resend the right sizes, but I insisted on a refund. I then paid $48to mail them back to China at this address:Recipient: Shaly-QLY Address: 1st Floor, Building 2, Shangye Park, No. 130 Guangchen Road, Zhongluotan Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China (510550) Tel: +86 15347663406 Country: China I mailed it March 20, 2025, and the tracking says it was cleared in customs in China. I have repeatedly emailed to again request my refund, but no one is responding.
