Description
Viva cancelled flights day of travel, sending notification of refund eligibility. After three attempts to obtain refund back to the credit card, was told that the money had to be wired. After providing a ton of personal information, was told there was not an ability to process. Numerous conversations had me feeling that the expectation was just to give up on the reimbursement for services not rendered. Called my bank (BofA) to initiate a fraud alert on the charge.
