I ordered from LEDlights.io based on their promise that the product would arrive by May 15, 2025, which was critical for its intended purpose. The company marked the order as delivered on May 12, but no delivery was made, and there was no indication anyone attempted to deliver the item. Only after I contacted them did they admit it had been shipped to a warehouse in Canada first. Even though the package was already late, they did not expedite the shipment to my home, and it arrived well after the required date. The product was also materially misrepresented. It appeared to be a plug-and-play lighting solution but arrived as 20 small lights with exposed wires, no plug, adapter, or instructions. The website did not make this clear. The item is unusable without additional components and wiring knowledge. I am filing this complaint to document false advertising, misleading delivery claims, and unacceptable customer service. I request a full refund and want this on record to protect other consumers.
