No Business Name. top left hand side of envelope had in all caps, 2 lines: "This notice is time sensitive sent on 5/14/2025 Information for the mortgagee only" Inside the contents, using my name and my address tried to make it sound like it was from an official entity. The word "Respond Immediately" was used to try and trigger a response. There was a document to look like a check while not being a check for an amount called a waiver in the bottom third of the document.
