This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

Purchased goods from the company on Facebook; the product took 3 weeks to arrive, despite the fact that the website says expedited shipping. It took so long to arrive I didn't need the product anymore and requested return shipping information for a refund ; I submitted the request via email 13 times between April 27 and May 15, and separately via their online customer portal starting April 26 and ending May 13, multiple times. The company does not reply within 24 hours; they continue to try to discourage the return by saying it will cost a lot of money with customs; their website states a return must be made within 30 days but they deliberately do not reply with a return address in order to prevent honoring their return policy. There is no return shipping address listed on their website. None of my requests, whether by email or on the portal, have been answered with return instructions.
