I got a letter in the mail saying I had to fill out an annual report and if I didnt, I would lose my business and or pay fines. Sadly I scanmed the QR code on the paper and filled out basic information. I stopped when it said I had to pay $150. I did some research and came accross the bbb and how other people have come accross such a letter. I a. Writing to save otger people the heartache.
