I bought 3 tickets ($1900 each) to India in May 2024 for travel in December 2024, with this travel agency because their price seemed reasonable at that time. My credit card statement showed 4 different transactions with 3 being from a fake Delta address (Delta airlines confirmed this with me just today, May 2025). 2 months later there were some schedule changes within Delta and so our tickets became refundable. Found this out only now when I spoke to Delta. The travel agency never informed us about this change. My trip was supposed to be in December but due to my new job, I had to make changes. Even at that time the travel agency did not notify me that my tickets were refundable. In fact they said that I have to make my travel arrangements before the month of May in 2025, when I had originally bought the ticket. To change my travel dates from December to May for 2 tickets, they charged me another $1350. And now when I want to cancel my tickets due to the war-like situation in India where I do not want to travel and thereby endanger my daughter and my lives, the agency says that my tickets are non-refundable, even after repeated confirmation by Delta Airlines that our tickets are refundable. We even did a 3-way conference call with Delta and the travel agency but they are not budging and saying that they will not refund my hard-earned money. This company is a total fraud and Delta also agreed to that. Please beware of them!!! You will not even know how they will take your money from under your nose. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY TO PURCHASE TICKETS!!
