I ordered a dress, never received it, there was proof I never received it, and instead of offering a refund I was gaslit and my request ignored several times until they started offering partial refunds IF they get the dress back without even providing an address to return to. This is definitely a scam site. I have proof of everything, my order number, tracking number, USPS failure to deliver reports, and all the emails back and forth with them trying to get out of returning my money anyway they possibly can.
