After completing payment with cryptocurrency as instructed, I received a confirmation email stating the order was "processing." However, the gift card was never delivered, and my order status remained stuck indefinitely. I contacted their support team multiple times through email ([email protected]), but received either no response or vague, generic replies with no resolution. After researching further, I discovered numerous similar complaints from other customers online. It has become clear that this company is likely operating a crypto-based scam — accepting funds but never fulfilling orders. Since crypto payments are irreversible, there is no way to recover the money once it's sent.
