Rose Johnson from InCall Medical Supplies sent our Home Healthcare Company an urgent Fax request to send one of our patient's 3 most recent office notes / medical information so they can process a back brace order. Our Chief Nurse Officer instructed me to research on the requesting company and I'm glad that we did. There were numerous reports about InCall Medical Supplies fraudulently collecting patient information. Please investigate this company. Thank you.
