Today on 4/29/25 I noticed my phone didn’t work. I tried multiple things to reset it but it didn’t work. I contacted spectrum mobile and they said my iPhone 13 was removed from my account and a iPhone 15 was added. Once I got my phone back I received text about chime, after pay, Venmo and affirm. I checked my emails and found multiple emails of account being created and once I used the forgot passwords I found someone created an affirm account and opened a credit line. They attempted to use Venmo but it was declined but we’re successful one afterpay and purchases stubhub totalling $10,002.74. Ive tried contacting them but the only way to contact them is by email. I’ve looked online for help but all phone numbers lead me to automated calls and looking at other people experiences with afterpay looks like they don’t help against fraud. I need help with afterpay recognizing these charges were not made by me and I should not be held liable. I have emails showing my phone number was transferred. Accounts were open. My credit was unlocked. New devices were added. One location shows the device was added from porterville CA. I’ve talked with spectrum and they confirmed my sim was swapped
