I was issued eCredit by Traveluro in the amount of $1,210.28 last year which I used to book a hotel stay in June. I found a better deal for the same hotel so I cancelled the hotel booking as it was free cancellation through June of this year. I then tried to book another hotel stay using the eCredit and I get an error message on the Traveluro site stating $0 value. I kept calling and emailing to have Traveluro re-issue me eCredit in the amount of $1,210.28 but they keep transferring my call or hanging up and do not respond to my emails. It has been over five weeks now. It is a total scam. They stole money from me. I am owed $1,210.28. Please help. Please do not book travel with Traveluro. It’s a total scam. Traveluro is not a legitimate business.
