I am unaware that my paypal wallet was charged from an unfamiliar purchase. as I checked my gcash account it has been already charged without any verification. And as I checked my email it said that I have been charged from Top-pdf.com which I am unaware of. after that I request a refund but they give me 2 choices which are to refund it immediately but for only 50% or to have a full refund but I have to wait for 30 days. I choosed to wait for 30days, I hope it's not a scam. please help me report this merchant.
