This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I applied for a job through indeed.com as a customer service representative at Hanson-Wade. I received an email from Jenna Warren to forward a job code to [email protected]. i did so and received an email from April Van with very generic questions. I then found the exact same email posted on bbb.org. I did not reply as I do not think this is a legitimate employment opportunity. The Hanson-Wade website says their emails will only come from their server, not @outlook.com.
