Dear Better Business Bureau, I am filing this complaint to expose the deceptive and unethical practices I experienced with Mounja Burn. My goal is to seek resolution for my situation and to warn others about their dishonest behavior. On February 14, 2025, I purchased products from Mounja Burn, including Mounja Burn Dips, Lean Force, and Turmeric Trim. During the initial phone call, I was explicitly assured that if I was dissatisfied at any point, I could return the remaining products, along with any empty bottles, for a full refund. At no time were any conditions or restrictions, such as a 60-day timeframe, disclosed during this conversation. When I requested a refund, I was informed that my request could not be processed due to a “60-day money-back guarantee.” This claim is utterly false and misleading, as no such policy was ever communicated at the time of purchase. My repeated requests for the company to review the recorded call to verify this have been ignored, further solidifying my belief that this is a deliberate scam. To make matters worse, the products themselves are completely ineffective. I followed the instructions exactly and experienced no benefits—I didn’t even lose a single pound. This company is preying on customers with false promises, both about their refund policy and the effectiveness of their products. Don’t waste your money. Trust me, they are SCAMMERS!!!
