Starluck Flowers, LLC advertises as if they are a local business and make deliveries in the area requested. Additionally, they advertise same day delivery. They charge your credit card, but the flowers are not delivered. I ordered flowers for a birthday gift. I called the day after the delivery was to have been made and was told that the address was out of their delivery area, so they cancelled the order. I asked why my credit card had been charged if they knew they were going to cancel my order. They assured me that I would receive a full refund, but it would take 7 to 10 days. I did not get the refund. Unfortunately, companies like this exist on the fact that many folks do not check their credit cards closely and assume the credit has been issued, or do not even realize the service was not performed or purchase delivered.
