I purchased a product through a link that I clicked. I purchased a set of three books. After many weeks passed with no books received and no communication, I reached out via PayPal requesting information about my purchase. At that time I was told that my books were "virtual" and not actual books. Nowhere in the receipts/ transactions did it say that the purchase was "virtual" and not an actual book. Nonetheless, I was told that I was already sent the link to the "virtual" books. I had not received a link and therefore requested one. I received a link that had one of the three books in it. I have since requested the other two books with no response. I went to the link last week and now there are no books available to me. At this point, I have received NOTHING for my $39 purchase back in January.
