Description

This company reached out to me multiple times for offering classes for my kids. My kids started to take classes, however, Codeyoung changed their agreement while the classes were in progress. Before we get to this point, their teachers were absent few days in row. I reached out to support and they said it was due to money. That shocked me and I said will stop charging we are going to pause these classes, because who knows, Codeyoung might change their terms for payment again. After few months Codeyoung rep reached out to my by what’s up and expressing interest to resolve the payment issue and move forward with classes. I simply asked that I pay $177 per month for two kids three classes per week each kid. And they agreed. After few classes, they paused the classes again. This time I got upset and called them scammers. My kids have not been able to take classes since then, which was last year. But I see they try to charge my credit in two weeks twice. They need to be hold responsible and I am sure they scammed other families too. They get their credit card information and keep it on file even if they don’t receive service
