Description
When product arrived I immediately saw items poor quality. Way too long in the body and arms. Picture and description totally different. Described as tufted and embroidered. Was hard nylon sweater of very poor quality with a photo printed on it and they were supposed to be embroidered and tufted. I requested a return label and advised them I was not in the least satisfied with their products. They took weeks to get back to me and said the item was to be returned to China and I was to pay the shipping. Then they offered me a 25%, then a 30% then a 35% discount and I should keep the items. I said no since a discount on future items was definitely out of the question since I would never order from them again. I wanted a return and my money back and free shipping for the returns. This company is fraudulent in its advertising and illegal not allowing for return. Their advertisements were on the Washington Post site and I reported it to them, as well as my Visa account. Unfortunately I went to their reviews and found many complaints just like mine.
