Cover letter is on pink paper, saying "The total amount to be claimed for your win is $2, 500,000.00 ($2.5 Million)". Later it says, "Enclosed in this letter is a check to cover insurance and attorney fees. Please contact your Claim Manager without any delay BEFORE depositing this check at your Financial Institution and for further information on this prize. Claims Manager: TEL # (the number printed on the form is 1-365-833-9318, but it is covered over with a white strip.
