Description

Person had not received purchased tickets (07 Dec) and called who they thought was a ticketmaster help line. Scam ticketmaster stated tickets would be canceled and replaced but would have to use gift cards for re purchase as they did not accept credit cards due to privacy concerns. This person after much haggling over opening a wallet to receive tickets into realized they had been scammed and told person they thought it was a scam and that person became very angry and hung up on the victim. When victim tried to call back number was changed and site removed from the internet.
