I am concerned with fraud with several online sweepstakes companies. In particular FDAS, LLC FDAS, LLC (DBA: Enthuzst Apparel) in Mesa, AZ 85209 (https://enthuzst.com/). They push emails through several venues and state if you order things, you get registered to win. I purchased a pocket knife on 2/21/25 with the guarantee that I would be entered into one of the vehicle drawings. As of this complaint, I still do not have my order and they refuse to provide refunds. Emails never go out stating who wins. The particular sweepstakes that I was entered in was supposed to be DDG39 (silverback) which was a RAM truck, RV, UTV off road vehicle and then they kept posting on Instagram that they were going to sweeting the pot by adding a Blacked out Escalade to the deal but that isn't what happens. Then they stated another truck would be in the mix for this drawing called Blackbeard, which is a GMC Duramax truck. You can look them up on IG and see all of the various postings. Two separate people supposedly one these prices. Are they people they know and are "hooking up" with prizes, is it even legit? I still do not have my pocket knife and I purchased additional entries to sweeten my chances but I do not believe they they ever get entered and think this is a scam. They are just one of many apparel companies promising vehicles, RVs, off road vehicles, etc. on their postings. Looking on IG now, there are hardly any of the advertisements as before. They prizes are constantly changing for each DDG adding things and I never see that added items being won in the particular package.
