Description
This is the second time that this SCAM has come to my attention. It may have occurred even more in the past but did not come to my attention until the previous Claim Detail. This company bills insurance companies for supplies never rendered. I previously advised by primary physician's office, Premier Medicine, Middlebelt Rd., Livonia, MI of this fraudulent company. They had never heard of them so the fraud must be committed directly with the insurance company. Please stop this Company!
