Booked online airfare with Foggyfly and paid with credit card. (BIG SCAM!) Within an hour later Maria from Foggyfly called me to inform me that I couldn’t have my departure flight time (that was online) and that it would cost me over $100 more for another flight time. My husband and I both told her we were not paying more money and that we want to cancel the flight and get refunded. She refused to refund the money charged and said the reservation had a no cancellation policy and that we would be out the money if we canceled. This just didn’t sound right to us and I check Better Business Bureau and sure enough it’s on their site and has happened to others. We ended the call and immediately called our credit card fraud department and was advised to cancel our credit card. We then reported it to our Airline and the Better Business Bureau.
