Description

I got a subscription from Mureka to use their service online. I signed up for a month's service, but they charged me for a year's subscription. I cannot speak to someone because they do not have a phone number to call. They only have an email for customer service. I emailed them, explaining that I only signed up and wanted a month to use their service. They emailed me and said they would not refund the $96.00 they charged me because I used credits. I told them I only wanted to pay for the monthly subscription and only wanted for one month. They have stopped responding to me. They will not refund me $88. Their service says they charge $8 a month. They are defrauding people out of money. I know they are defrauding other people because they admitted in an email. I have all the corresondence.
