This website offered a free trial. Of their product, they asked for a credit card to be placed, upon putting the credit card information in, they have been charging my account every month for the last year, I did not know this until I realized this charge was on my credit card because I do not use the credit card, I’ve never received any product from them, and they kept charging my credit card, knowing that they were not sending the product or even the product was returning back to them, there is no number listed, they also do not have any address listed, there’s no phone number listed, the only way to get a hold of these people is with an email, we’ve tried numerous times to email this company, they are also advertising on social media, such as TikTok and Facebook. And all other means of social media sources, and I’ve tried to message them through these social media apps as well. They refuse to return our email and I have filed a police report, and a bank fraud report.
