Order was placed with company which was found on TikTok as a page for low costing clothing. I took advantage of the special they were offering because it was advertising really nice items. I placed the order in February 7, 2025, every day I would check my email because I didn’t get anything about the placed order. Finally March 11, 2025 I send an email because I had yet to receive my items. I got a respond back saying they apologize and that it showed delivered to my address with a date and they would resend the items again. I asked if they would send the new tracking number to me so I can track the package. I was told they would send a new tracking information because the old one would not work. After waiting a week for another tracking update, I emailed them because I didn’t get a new one. They then sent out a tracking number that when I checked the website kept saying invalid. I assumed it was too early to check and let time slip away as I prepare for my daughters Senior engagements. On today March 28, I send I message letting them know that as of date I had not received anything and would take further actions. I get an email today saying AGAIN this package was delivered on March 26. They then said they will investigate the delivery team if I didn’t receive it. I email them back requesting my FULL refund because the weather didn’t permit the need for them any longer. So I decided to google the tracking number and because it was a package from China I was given chinapost.com to look up any tracking number and the findings “We were unable to identify the delivery service. Make sure you enter the number” this tracking number is what was listed from the email about a package that was supposedly delivered to me on March 26.
