Two people wearing neon vests and holding clipboards approached me outside Jewel grocery store and said they were collecting money for the funeral fund of the man's young son, who had recently been shot and killed. They distracted me by having me sign forms and offered to hold my phone, where they sent themselves money and deleted my Chase app after marking it "not fraud."
